Once onboarded, we will assist you as you select and secure your ideal site location. While the ultimate responsibility lies with you for site selection, negotiating your lease, and construction of the restaurant, we will be there with you every step of the way to guide you and approve of the chosen site. The goal for fresh&co and our franchisees is a viable restaurant and we’ll carefully assess your selection to ensure it is the best possible choice for success.
Once your site has been secured, our in-house marketing team will work with you on local marketing strategies and grand opening activations to build brand awareness and buzz about your location before you even open the doors. Our marketing team has proven success with traditional, print, digital, and social advertising and will play a vital role in the growth of your restaurant.
To prepare you for your grand opening, you will be immersed in our comprehensive training program that will range from 2-4 weeks. Here is where you’ll learn our proprietary recipes, operational processes, food safety guidelines, and more.
